Founder
Guy-Joël Okalla founded the firm in 2026 to bring his international expertise to the development of sub-Saharan Africa.
He was previously based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where he worked at PwC Middle East. There, he focused on the financial operations of government-owned entities in the investment sector (notably real estate and infrastructure), as well as companies in the oil and gas value chain.
He began his career in Paris, in 2018, at PwC France and then at Deloitte, where he led audit and M&A due diligence engagements for listed groups in France as well as in New York, among others. He therefore brings close to ten years of professional experience prior to founding this firm.
He holds the Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).
